REPORT AND MINERAL RESOURCES AND ORE RESERVES REPORT AS WELL AS THE NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL
MEETING ("Integrated Suite of Reports") AND CHANGE OF NAME

Shareholders are advised that Anglo American Platinum today, 20 March 2025, dispatched to shareholders its notice
of Annual General Meeting (AGM). The audited annual financial statements (which were published on SENS on
17 February 2025) and the integrated Suite of Reports are available on the Group's website at
www.angloamericanplatinum.com.

Notice of the AGM

Notice is hereby given that the AGM of Anglo American Platinum shareholders will be held both in person and
virtually on Thursday, 8 May 2025 at 10:00 (South African time) to transact the business as stated in the notice of
AGM.

The notice of AGM includes a proposal to change the Company's name to Valterra Platinum Limited, subject to
obtaining the necessary shareholder approval. The Company will remain listed in the platinum group metals (PGMs)
sub-sector of the Main Board of the JSE and the Company's ISIN will remain unchanged. The Company will retain its
historical financial and trading reference data. Additional details relating to the proposal to change the Company's
name are set out in Annexure D of the Notice of AGM.

     a) The above dates and times are local times in South Africa and are subject to change. Any changes will be

     b) Share certificates in the name of Anglo American Platinum Limited may not be dematerialised or
        rematerialised after the last day to trade prior to the change of name, being Tuesday, 27 May 2025.
     c) Shareholders are reminded that shares in companies listed on the JSE can no longer be traded on the JSE
        unless they have been dematerialised onto the Strate system. Further information in this respect is set out
        in paragraph 7 of Annexure D of the Notice of the AGM.
     d) Shareholders holding Anglo American Platinum ordinary shares in certificated form or recorded in the sub-
        register in electronic form in "own name" may submit a form of proxy at any time before commencement of
        the AGM or submit it to the chairperson of the AGM before the appointed proxy exercises any rights of a
        holder of Anglo American Platinum ordinary shares at the AGM.


Logistical arrangements to participate in the AGM
If attending virtually, shareholders and proxies of shareholders can register to participate and vote in the AGM by
visiting https://meetnow.global/za and clicking on the Anglo American Platinum Limited logo. Once registered,
shareholders will receive an invitation code together with detailed instructions on how to connect to the meeting.

All other interested parties and guests will be able to access the AGM via the same portal, 30 minutes before the
meeting.
