As announced on 28 March 2025, Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Notes ("Autocalls"), hereby notifies Holders
of the automatic Exercise on 11 April 2025 (see the related securities above).

On 11 April 2025 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for Exercise were met, therefore the Autocalls were Exercised
and expired on 11 April 2025. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined as follows:
