SAF Metal Holdings LLC ("SAF Metal") (a subsidiary of SOLV Holdings LLC, a US limited liability company, which acts as an industrial investment company) informed South Ocean that it acquired a beneficial interest in the Company, such that the total beneficial interest in the securities held by SAF Metal is now 20.19% of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company, up from 0%. Similarly, Metallic City International Limited reduced its shareholding from 20.19% to 0% through its off-market sale of shares to SAF Metal. As required in terms of Section 122 (3)(a) of the Companies Act, South Ocean is in the process of filing the required notices with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
