Shareholders are advised that the Annual Integrated Report ("IR2024") is available on the Company's
website at: https://www.netcare.co.za/Netcare-Investor-Relations/

Furthermore, the notice of annual general meeting ("AGM") will be distributed to shareholders today.

Notice of AGM

Notice is hereby given that the 28th annual general meeting of the shareholders of the Company will
be held virtually on Friday, 7 February 2025 at 10:00 (CAT), to consider and, if deemed fit, to pass, with
or without modification, the resolutions set out in the Notice of AGM.

The salient dates of the AGM are as follows:

 Record date to receive the Notice of AGM                                   Friday, 6 December 2024
 Distribution date of the Notice of AGM                                 Wednesday, 18 December 2024
 Last day to trade to be eligible to vote at the AGM                       Tuesday, 28 January 2025
 Record date for voting purposes at the AGM                                 Friday, 31 January 2025
 Forms of proxy to be lodged by no later than 10:00 on*                  Wednesday, 5 February 2025
 AGM to be held at 10:00 on                                                 Friday, 7 February 2025
 Results of the AGM announced on SENS on or about                           Friday, 7 February 2025

*For administrative purposes, any form of proxy not delivered to the transfer secretaries by this time
and date may be provided to the transfer secretaries/chairman of the AGM by no later than immediately
prior to the commencement of voting on the resolutions tabled at the AGM.

B-BBEE Annual Compliance Report and Certificate

Shareholders are advised that Netcare's annual compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the
Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment ("B-BBEE") Amendment Act, 2013 (Act No 46 of 2013)
