DEALING IN SHARES BY A DIRECTOR

In its announcement dated 6 September 2024, the Company advised that Mr WA Joubert resigned as an executive
director of Calgro, with effect from 31 December 2024, to pursue other interests. With a view to such future ventures
and as part of the general restructuring of his investment portfolio, Mr WA Joubert has disposed of his shareholding
in Calgro, as set out below in accordance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.74 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements.
