TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SHARES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 (the "Companies Act"), Regulation
121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that Omnia has received notification from Foord Asset Management Proprietary
Limited, on behalf of its clients ("Foord"), of the acquisition by Foord of Omnia ordinary shares, such that
Foord, on behalf of its clients, now holds in aggregate 5.04% of Omnia's ordinary shares in issue.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has filed the required notice
with the Takeover Regulation Panel.

The board of directors of Omnia accepts responsibility for the information contained in this announcement
and certifies that, to the best of its knowledge and belief, the information contained in this announcement
