NOTIFICATION OF PARTIAL CAPITAL REDUCTION OF LISTED DEBT SECURITIES

In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Accelerate's ZAR5,000,000,000 Domestic
Medium Term Note Programme dated 9 September 2014, as amended and/or supplemented
from time to time, noteholders are herewith advised of the partial capital reduction of the
APF20 notes ("Note") effective on 6 January 2025.

by Accelerate, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Note, with the pay date of
the redemption amount pursuant to the reduction being 6 January 2025.
