TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2022

In accordance with section 3.4(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of the
following expectations regarding the Company’s financial results for the year ended 30 June 2022:

-   Headline earnings per share of between 522 cents and 558 cents, corresponding to an increase of
    between 19.11% and 27.33% in comparison to 438.24 cents reported for the year ended 30 June
    2021 (“Previous Corresponding Period”); and
-   Earnings per share of between 574 cents and 615 cents, corresponding to an increase of between
    137.98% and 154.97% in comparison to 241.20 cents reported for the Previous Corresponding
    Period.

The financial information in this trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on by the external
auditors of the Company.

The Company's financial results for the year ended 30 June 2022 are expected to be published on 21
September 2022.
