Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE)

Shareholders are advised that Zeda's B-BBEE verification process for the year ended 30 September 2024 
has been completed. Zeda has secured a Level 2 B-BBEE rating. This is an improvement from
last year's Level 3. Zeda's major subsidiaries retained their competitive Level 1 B-BBEE ratings. The
relevant subsidiaries are:

    •   Zeda Car Leasing Proprietary Limited, trading as Avis Fleet; and
    •   Zenith Car Rental Proprietary Limited, trading as Avis Rent a Car, Budget Rent a Car, and Avis
        Car Sales.
