NOTICE OF DELAY IN RELATION TO PUBLICATION OF INTERIM FINANCIAL
RESULTS


Shareholders are advised that the Company's interim financial results for the six months
ended 30 June 2024 ("Results") were not published before 30 September 2024 due to the
delay in finalising the interim review.

The Results are expected to be published on or before 14 October 2024.
