DELAY IN THE PUBLICATION OF THE COMPANY'S AUDITED CONSOLIDATED
ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT FOR
THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2024

Shareholders are hereby advised of a delay in the publication of the Wesizwe Audited Annual
Financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2024 ("AFS"), Integrated Annual
Report ("IAR") and notice of Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM").

As previously announced on a SENS published on 10 December 2024, the Company fell
victim to a sophisticated cyber-attack, which resulted in unauthorized access to its computer
systems.

The cyber-attack had a significant impact on the availability of Company's financial reporting
systems which necessitated the implementation of alternative manual processes and
controls resulting in additional time required to obtain and verify financial information for
audit. As a result, the Company requires additional time to complete the audit and finalize
the AFS, IAR and Notice of AGM.

The Company is working diligently with its auditors and remains firmly committed to
publishing the AFS, IAR and Notice of AGM as soon as possible and will keep the
shareholders duly informed of any further developments.
