A. Vesting of the 2020 allocation of the WBHO Share Plan
As was disclosed in the 2023 Integrated Report, the 2023 allocation of performance shares vested at
approximately 166.67% of the allocation. These shares vested on 17 November 2023 and were transferred off-
market to the affected executives. The interests in these transactions will be directly and beneficially held by the
respective executives.
