AVAILABILITY OF AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Shareholders are advised that the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")
incorporating the summarised Annual Financial Statements in respect of the year ended 30 June 2024
will be distributed to the shareholders on Friday, 18 October 2024. The Notice of AGM and the audited
Annual Financial Statements are available on the Company's website at www.wbho.co.za.

NOTICE OF AGM

Notice is hereby given that the 42nd Annual General Meeting of WBHO will be held entirely by way of
electronic participation platform (www.smartagm.co.za) on Thursday, 21 November 2024 at 11:00.

The following dates apply to the AGM:
