THE JSE LIMITED ("JSE")
1. INTRODUCTION
This announcement is issued in compliance with paragraph 19.27 of the JSE Listings Requirements for
information purposes, following the JSE approving the listing by introduction, of participatory interests
in the Vunani Global Equity Prescient Feeder Actively Managed feeder.
The information set out below has been extracted from the Prescient ETF Programme Memorandum
("the Programme Memorandum") issued by the Manager on 26 May 2023 and amended on 08 October
2024 and the Sixteenth Supplement ("the Supplement") issued on 08 October 2024 and relates to the
listing of Vunani Global Equity Prescient Feeder Actively Managed ETF participatory interests in the
"Actively Managed ETF" sub-sector of the "Exchange Traded Funds" sector on the Main Board of the
JSE.
2. STRUCTURE
The VUNGE AMETF portfolio is managed by Prescient, an approved manager of Collective Investment
Schemes and as such is governed in terms of CISCA. The Manager has entered into an agreement
with the Asset Manager, Vunani Fund Managers (Pty) Ltd, in terms of which the Asset Manager will
manage the underlying portfolio and execute transactions to reflect these changes on behalf of the
Manager. Standard Bank of South Africa Limited will act as the independent Trustee and will fulfil its
duties as specified in CISCA and the Regulations thereto.

3.8 Investment Policy:
The Vunani Global Equity Prescient Feeder AMETF is a feeder fund, and an actively managed ETF
listed on the exchange.
The Portfolio will, apart from assets in liquid form, consist solely of participatory interests in the Vunani
Global Equity Fund ("Underlying Fund") a fund approved under the Prescient Global Funds ICAV (the
"ICAV").
The portfolio will be exposed to exchange rate risk. The Manager may, at its discretion, include in the
portfolio listed and unlisted financial instruments for the exclusive purpose of hedging these exchange
rate risks.
Nothing in the supplemental deed shall preclude the manager from varying the ratios of securities, to
maximise investment potential in changing economic environments or market conditions or to meet the
requirements, if applicable, of any exchange formally recognised in terms of legislation and from
retaining cash or placing cash on deposit in terms of the Deed and any Supplemental Deeds thereto;
provided that the manager shall ensure that the aggregate value of the assets comprising the portfolio
shall consist of securities of the aggregate value required from time to time by the Act.
4. DESCRIPTION OF THE LISTING
The portfolio will be seeded through an introduction of 1,000 participatory interest in the portfolio at R10
(Ten Rand) per participatory interest.
