RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on 31
May 2024 regarding the disposal of a minority shareholding in a
subsidiary ("the Transaction"). Shareholders are advised that the
Transaction is still being negotiated and should the negotiations be
successfully concluded, the Transaction may have a material effect on
the price of the Company's securities.

Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution
when dealing in the Company's securities until a further announcement
is made.
