shareholders are advised that shares awarded on 17 June 2021 to the CEO and executive
director of Vodacom Group, in terms of the company's forfeitable share plan, have vested. The
share dealings by the CEO upon this vesting event are more fully described below, where a
portion of the shares sold were for purposes of settling tax payable relating to this vesting.
