RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to previous announcements, the last of which was published on 22 January 2025, regarding the
proposed acquisition by Vukile's 99.5% held subsidiary, Castellana Properties SOCIMI, S.A. ("Castellana"), of Bonaire
Shopping Centre (the "Property") from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield ("URW") (the "Transaction"), which was delayed
due to the torrential flash flooding that occurred across Spain in October 2024.
URW has completed the repairs required to reinstate and reopen the Property, which recommenced trading on
13 February 2025. Discussions between Vukile and URW in respect of the Transaction are ongoing, with the intention of
concluding an agreement shortly. The exclusivity agreement between URW and Castellana relating to the Transaction
remains in force.
Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's securities until further
announcements are made.
