UPDATE REGARDING POTENTIAL AMENDMENTS TO SPANISH SOCIMI TAX REGIME

Shareholders are referred to the announcement made on 13 November 2024, in relation to proposals made by the PSOE and
SUMAR political parties in Spain, to potentially amend or eliminate the current SOCIMIs tax regime in Spain.

Shareholders are advised that the Spanish congress met and voted yesterday and the proposals regarding changes to the
SOCIMI tax regime were definitively rejected. Accordingly, the status quo in respect of the SOCIMI tax legislation will
remain. Vukile's 99.5% held subsidiary, Castellana Properties, will therefore continue to operate with all of the benefits
and obligations of a Spanish SOCIMI, continuing to be tax neutral.

Shareholders that have further questions can contact Marijke Coetzee at: marijke.coetzee@vukile.co.za
