TRADING STATEMENT FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 AUGUST 2024


In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, companies are required to
publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable degree of certainty
exists that the financial results for the period to be reported on will differ by at least 20% from
the financial results for the previous corresponding period or a profit forecast previously
provided to the market in relation to such period.

-   basic and diluted earnings per share is expected to be a loss of (0.93) cents, representing
    a decrease of 48% compared to the basic and diluted loss per share of (0.63) cents
    reported for the previous corresponding period, and
-   headline earnings per share is expected to be (0.93) cents, representing a loss of 48%
    compared to the headline loss per share of (0.63) cents reported for the previous
    corresponding period.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed nor
reported on by the Group's auditors.

Visual's unaudited results for the six months ended 31 August 2024 will be published on or
about 27 November 2024.
