(a) the potential automatic Exercise on 28 May 2024 (see the related securities above) or
(b) the potential payment of a coupon.
If the conditions for Exercise are fulfilled the Autocalls will be automatically Exercised on 28 May 2024, or if the Conditions
for Coupon Payment are fulfilled then the Autocalls will not be automatically exercised on 28 May 2024 but a Coupon
Payment will be paid.

(see the related securities above). If the conditions are fulfilled the Coupon will accrue on 28 May 2024.
Conditions for Coupon Payment Closing level of all the Underlying Indices on 28 May 2024 is at or above 85%
and is less than 100% of the Initial Index Levels.
