units ("Tranche 4") to be consolidated and form a single series with the
existing issue of 3,000,000 Portfolio Notes linked to the ABSA SPM Global
Equity Portfolio 1 Portfolio ("Tranche 1 to 3") for Series 4.

This listing (Series 4) is issued under the Information Memorandum of UBS
AG.
