RENEWAL OF THE DELISTING CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on 20 January 2025 regarding
the Board of Directors' consideration to delist the Company from the Johannesburg Stock
Exchange ("JSE"), Namibian Stock Exchange ("NSX") and the OTCQX Market in the United
States ("OTCQX").
Shareholders are advised that the board has established an independent board committee
to conclude the delisting offer, chaired by the Independent Chairperson of the Board, Adv
Raymond Heathcote SC, whilst management remains focused on the uplisting process.
The JSE-accredited Independent Expert, who will conduct the fairness opinion, has been
engaged, and the process has commenced.
Accordingly, Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the Company's
securities until a full announcement is made. Any questions can
