TRUSTCO GROUP HOLDINGS LIMITED ("TRUSTCO"): UPDATE ON THE
PUBLICATION OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR THE PERIOD ENDED
31 AUGUST 2024 ("AFS FY2024")


Trustco shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement published on 18 December
2024, in which shareholders were advised that Trustco's South African AFS FY2024 was
earmarked to be published by 31 January 2025.


Trustco herewith updates shareholders on the progress of the AFS FY2024:


1.   In line with the amended Listings Requirements and the ongoing delisting and uplisting
     processes, a Public Company Accounting Oversight Board Audit ("PCAOB" audit") for
     the historical Annual Financial years ended 31 August 2023 and 31 August 2024 is
     required.

2.   Trustco remains incorporated in Namibia and needs to comply with home country
     legislation. In light thereof, Trustco shall complete the Namibian Audit for the AFS
     FY2024.

3.   The audit processes are all underway and shareholders are advised that the AFS
     FY2024 shall be published as soon as the Namibian Audit has been completed and
     will form part of the delisting process.
