Further to the announcement published on SENS on 26 November 2024, Shareholders are advised that the
Disposal has been approved by the Competition Commission. All suspensive conditions to the Disposal have
now been fulfilled and the transaction will be implemented in accordance with its terms. The consideration
payable in respect of the Disposal is expected to be received by the Company on 2 January 2025.
