APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXCUTIVE OFFICER ("CEO") AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER ("CFO")

In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Texton shareholders are advised
that Pienaar Welleman, the current CEO of Texton, will assume the CFO role and Jonathan Rens, the
current Chief Operating Officer of Texton, has been appointed as CEO and as a director of the
Company. The above changes are with effect from 22 August 2024.
