CHANGES TO THE SOCIAL AND ETHICS COMMITTEE

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(c) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that
Mr Rashid Ismail will replace Ms Niki Giles on the Company's Social and Ethics Committee with effect
from 1 September 2024.

In addition, Sygnia welcomes Mr Aboubakar Jakoet who joins the Social and Ethics Committee with
immediate effect. Mr Jakoet will chair the Committee.

The board of directors wishes all new committee members the very best in their roles.
