Changes to Board Committees
Johannesburg, 8 November 2024: Sibanye-Stillwater (JSE: SSW and NYSE: SBSW) advises
shareholders that Mr Terence Mncedisi Nombembe has been appointed as an additional
member of the Audit, Investment, Risk and the Social, Ethics and Sustainability
Committees.
This announcement is made in accordance with Section 3.59(c) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, and the above changes are effective immediately.
