FURTHER TRADING STATEMENT AND PUBLICATION OF THE INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS
ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2024


Shareholders are advised that subsequent to the release of the preliminary trading statement by the
Company on SENS on 18 September 2024, we now have greater certainty regarding our financial
results for the six months ended 30 September 2024 and we are able to provide an earnings range for
EPS, HEPS and AHEPS, compared to the six months ended 30 September 2023, as follows:

We are encouraged by the continued improvement in trading volumes over the six months ended 30
September 2024 and particularly strong trading in the month of September 2024.

Southern Sun is scheduled to release its interim results for the six months ended 30 September 2024
