APPOINTMENT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Stor-Age is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Akua Koranteng as an independent non-
executive director with effect from 15 May 2024.

Ms Koranteng has more than 20 years of real estate industry experience and holds a Master's in
International Real Estate Finance.

Ms Koranteng previously held the role of Executive: Head of Gauteng for Equites Property Fund, a
position she held from 2018 until 2024. Prior to joining Equites Property Fund, she held a variety of
roles in the real estate industry, amongst others these included roles as a non-executive director of
Jones Lange LaSalle in South Africa, as well as more than six years as part of the property finance
team at RMB Corporate and Investment Bank.

She has also previously served on the board of Octodec Investments Limited as an independent non-
executive director.

Her academic qualifications include –

    -   Bachelor of Commerce (Information Systems and Economics) from the University of Cape
        Town;
    -   Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Economics from the University of Cape Town; and
    -   Masters in International Real Estate Finance from Amsterdam Business School.

The appointment was made in terms of Stor-Age's policy for the nomination and appointment of
directors and the reason for the appointment is to supplement the capacity of the board.

The Board extends a warm welcome to Akua and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
