With respect to the disposal of SS-Construções (Moçambique) Limitada as disclosed in the summarised
consolidated annual financial statements of Stefanutti Stocks for the year ended 29 February dispatched
to shareholders on 27 June 2024, the parties have extended the period for fulfilment or waiver of the
condition's precedent to 30 September 2024. Shareholders will be updated as to progress with respect to
the Proposed Transaction.
