DISCLOSURE OF CHANGES IN BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES


In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act No. 71 of 2008 as amended ("the
Act") and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
hereby advised that the Company has received formal notification in the prescribed form that
the Russell Hampson Family Trust has acquired an interest in the ordinary securities of the
Company such that the total interest in the ordinary securities of the Company held by The
Russell Hampson Family Trust has increased to 5,3% from 4,8% of the total issued securities
in the share capital of the Company.

As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notice
with the Takeover Regulation Panel.

The board of directors of the Company accepts responsibility that the information contained
in this announcement accurately reflects the information contained in the TRP 121.1 forms
received by the Company from The Russell Hampson Family Trust and no information has
been omitted which is likely to affect such accuracy.
