APPROVAL OF SG FLEET GROUP LIMITED SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT

Super Group wishes to make its shareholders and noteholders aware of the announcement ("the SG Fleet
announcement") released by SG Fleet Group Limited ("SG Fleet") on the Australian Stock Exchange ("ASX") today.
The SG Fleet announcement advises shareholders that the Supreme Court of New South Wales (the "Court") has
today made orders approving the proposed scheme of arrangement under which Westmann Bidco Pty Limited, an
entity owned and controlled by funds managed or advised by Pacific Equity Partners Pty Limited, will acquire 100%
of the shares in SG Fleet (the "Scheme").

SG Fleet expects to lodge an office copy of the Court orders with the Australian Securities and Investments
Commission (ASIC) on Wednesday, 16 April 2025, at which time the Scheme will become legally effective and binding
on SG Fleet shareholders. At the same time, SG Fleet will also request that SG Fleet shares be suspended from trading
on the ASX at the close of trading on Wednesday, 16 April 2025. Implementation of the Scheme is expected to occur
on Wednesday, 30 April 2025.
