APPOINTMENT OF ACTING GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY

Sasol shareholders were advised that Ms Michelle du Toit would retire as Group
Company Secretary of Sasol with effect from 30 June 2024.

Ms Helaine Joubert has been appointed as acting Group Company Secretary
of Sasol Limited with effect from 1 July 2024.

Helaine is the current Deputy Group Company Secretary at Sasol and has 20 years'
experience in this field. She holds an LLB degree and is an admitted advocate.

The Board of directors is satisfied that Helaine has the experience, qualifications and
expertise to take up the position of acting Group Company Secretary of Sasol
Limited.

Shareholders will be advised of the appointment of a permanent Group Company
Secretary in due course.
