With reference to the reviewed condensed consolidated interim financial statements for the six months ended
30 June 2024 and the declaration of an ordinary dividend announcement that was released earlier today on the
Stock Exchange News Service, shareholders and noteholders are herewith advised that the condensed
consolidated interim financial statements have been reviewed, and not audited as stated in the earlier release,
by the Company's auditors, KPMG Inc., who expressed an unmodified review opinion thereon.
