APPOINTMENT OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR


In terms of paragraphs 3.75 to 3.78 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, and further to the
'Resignation of External Auditors' announcement released on SENS on 30 May 2024, shareholders are hereby
advised that Salungano has, on the recommendation of the Company's Audit, Risk and Compliance
Committee, appointed SNG Grant Thornton as Salungano's external auditors, with Jeanine Nellmapius-Clarke
as audit partner, with effect from 25 July 2024,.


The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at Salungano's next annual general meeting.
