APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND RESIGNATION OF
COMPANY SECRETARY

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Shareholders
are advised of the appointment of Mr Erol Zeki as an alternate executive director to the Sasfin
Holdings board of directors ("the Board") with effect from 10 May 2024.

Erol joined Sasfin as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of Sasfin Wealth in 2017. He is a CFA
Charter Holder with a B.Com (Hons) in Financial Management, and is a member of the South
African Institute of Stockbrokers. His experience spans a broad spectrum of wealth
management, investment, and other related financial services disciplines. Under Erol's
leadership, Sasfin Wealth has grown meaningfully, achieving its strategic and financial
performance targets. Erol remains CEO of Sasfin Wealth and a member of the Group
Executive Committee, and the Board looks forward to his continued contribution to Sasfin
Holdings in his new role as alternate executive director.

Shareholders are further advised that Ms Charissa de Jager has resigned as company
secretary to pursue other ventures. Her resignation is effective from 31 July 2024. The Board
thanks Charissa for her significant contribution to the Company during her tenure and wishes
her well in her future endeavours.

The Board has commenced the process of recruiting a new company secretary and a further
announcement in this regard will be released in due course.
