CORRECTION TO RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to Sebata's audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended
31 March 2024 ("AFS") released on SENS and published on the Company's website on 1 August 2024
and are advised of the following correction to the 2024 headline loss per share figure disclosed therein:
