DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTH PERIOD ENDED 
30 SEPTEMBER 2024


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 17 January 2025 wherein it was advised
that the Company's financial results for the six month period ended 30 September 2024 ("Results") were
anticipated to be released on or about Friday, 24 January 2025.

However, additional delays in the finalisation of the Results have been experienced. Management is aiming at
resolving the matters that have led to the delays in order for the Company to release the Results before close
of business on Friday, 31 January 2025. Shareholders will be provided with relevant updates by way of SENS
announcements, as may be required.
