NOTIFICATION OF FURTHER DELAY IN PUBLICATION OF FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR
ENDED 31 MARCH 2024


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 28 June 2024 and are hereby advised
of a further delay in the publication of Sebata's results for the year ended 31 March 2024 ("Results"). The
Company now anticipates that the Results will be published by no later than 31July 2024.
