TRADING STATEMENT AND PUBLICATION DATE OF FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED
31 DECEMBER 2024

In terms of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, a listed company is required to publish a trading statement
as soon as it becomes reasonably certain that the financial results for the next period to be reported on will
differ by 20% or more from the financial results for the previous corresponding period.

The STADIO Group utilises core headline earnings to measure and benchmark the underlying performance of
the business. Core headline earnings represents headline earnings adjusted for certain non-recurring items
that, in the view of the Company's board of directors ("Board"), may distort the financial results from period to
period.

Shareholders are advised that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that, for the year ended 31 December
2024:

     •   Earnings per share ("EPS") will be between 29.7 cents and 32.2 cents, being between 21.2% and
         31.4% higher than the EPS of 24.5 cents reported for the year ended 31 December 2023.
     •   Headline earnings per share ("HEPS") will be between 30.2 cents and 32.6 cents, being between
         23.3% and 33.1% higher than the HEPS of 24.5 cents reported for the year ended 31 December
         2023.
     •   Core HEPS will be between 30.3 cents and 32.8 cents, being between 23.2% and 33.3% higher than
         the 24.6 cents reported for the year ended 31 December 2023.


The financial information on which this trading statement is based, has not been reviewed or reported on by
the Company´s external auditors.

The audited financial results for the year ended 31 December 2024 are expected to be published on or about
Monday, 24 March 2025.
