On 31 May 2024 Southern Palladium Limited (ASX:SPD and JSE:SDL) ) ('Southern Palladium' or 'the
Company') advised that 46,671,673 fully paid ordinary shares classified by the ASX as restricted securities
were to be released from escrow on 8 June 2024 following a 24 month escrow period.

Further to the above, the Company also wishes to advise in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A that
the following securities, which were also classified by the ASX as restricted securities and subject to a 24
month escrow period, will be released from escrow on 21 June 2024:

      Options: Expiring 8 June 2026, Ex Price $0.875:                  3,700,000
      Performance Rights: Lapse 8 June2028, Initial Reserve Milestone: 1,200,000
