The First Interim Period is maturing on 13 December 2024. The
First   Interim   Redemption   Amount   will   be   paid on 13
December 2024.


On 13 December 2024, Standard Bank will pay ZAR56 324 700.00
in respect of all the Notes (ZAR300.00 per note) ("the First
Interim Payment Amount") to the holders of SBRN51 Notes. Since
the First Interim Payment Amount includes 25% of the capital
of the initial purchase price of the Notes, the Issuer will on
17 December 2024 reduce the base costs of the Notes (that is
the specified denomination of the Notes) from ZAR1,000.00 per
Note to ZAR750.00per Note to account for the reduction in the
initial capital used to purchase these Notes.
