FINALISATION OF THE SUBDIVISION REGARDING RWGPR ETF SECURITIES

Participatory interest holders of RWGPR are referred to the Subdivision of RWGPR ETF Securities announcement
published on Tuesday, 2 January 2024 on SENS.

The Originator and Asset Manager of RWGPR, being Reitway Global (Pty) Limited have decided to do a share
subdivision of the RWGPR ETF securities at a ratio of 6.86422 for every 1 security held and a new security with the
Share code RWGPR and a ISIN of ZAE000331021 will be listed on Wednesday, 17 January 2024 and issued on
Monday, 22 January 2024.

All holdings of participatory interest will increase by a factor 6.86422 for each security held and the net asset value
of RWGPR will be the same as of close of Last day of trade therefore the opening price per unit on the listing date
of RWGPR on 17 January2024 will be reduced by the same ratio.

A fraction announcement will be published on Thursday 18 January 2024 by 11:00
