NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR


Shareholders are advised that following the conclusion of a tender process, the Audit Committee has
recommended, and the Board has endorsed, the appointment of Forvis Mazars ("Forvis Mazars") as the
external auditor of the Company, with Theeban Gangen as the designated audit partner to replace
PricewaterhouseCoopers Incorporated ("PwC") with immediate effect for the financial year ending 30 June
2025, pending shareholder approval at the AGM to be held on 12 November 2024. The change in auditors
was initiated by the Company for commercial reasons.

The Company extends its appreciation to PwC for their services to the Company over the years and looks
forward to working with Forvis Mazars.
