APPOINTMENT OF FINANCIAL DIRECTOR


Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 29 November 2024, relating to the resignation of
the Chief Financial Officer and are advised that the board of directors is pleased to announce the acceptance
by Karly White on 18 December 2024 of her appointment as the Financial Director of Rex Trueform with
effect from 1 December 2024.

Karly White holds a Chartered Accountant (South Africa) qualification and has 12 years of experience in
auditing, financial reporting, and corporate governance. Prior to her appointment as Financial Director at
Queenspark Proprietary Limited (a subsidiary of Rex Trueform) in March 2023, where she gained extensive
experience in the retail sector, she served as an Associate Director at KPMG, overseeing audits for listed and
non-listed entities.

The board of directors welcomes Karly White and looks forward to her contribution to the Company.
