1.   SALIENT FEATURES

Operating loss decreased by 33.61% to R10.9 million, from R16.5 million in the prior corresponding
period.

Headline loss per share decreased by 30.16% to 11.60 cents per share, from 16.61 cents per share in
the prior corresponding period.

Loss per share ("EPS") decreased by 30.16% to 11.60 cents per share, from 16.61 cents per share in
the prior corresponding period.

Net asset value per share ("NAVPS") decreased by 24.86% to 79.19 cents per share, from 105.39
cents per share in the prior corresponding period.
