Shareholders are advised that the Company's audited financial statements for the six months ended
30 September 2023 ("the AFS"), including an audit report disclosing an unmodified opinion expressed
by the Company's auditors Deloitte & Touche, are available via the JSE link
https://senspdf.jse.co.za/documents/2024/jse/isse/rmh/AFS23.pdf, on the company's website at
www.rmh.co.za or at the Company's registered office. The AFS contain no changes from the
reviewed condensed results for the six months ended 30 September 2023, released on SENS on 13
December 2023. Shareholders are advised that any investment decision should be based on full
information contained in the AFS.
