FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT AND TRADING STATEMENT

FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 24 April 2024. The
announcement referred to the declaration of a special dividend subject to Exchange Control
approval. RMH is now able to confirm that Exchange Control approval has been granted and the
payment of the special dividend will proceed as per the below dates included in such announcement:

Shareholders' attention is drawn to the following important dates:

 Last day to trade in order to participate in this special dividend        Monday,  27 May 2024

 Shares commence trading ex-dividend on                                    Tuesday, 28 May 2024
 Record date                                                               Friday,  31 May 2024

 Special dividend payment date                                             Monday,  3 June 2024


No dematerialisation or rematerialisation of share certificates may occur between Tuesday, 28 May
2024 and Friday, 31 May 2024 (both days inclusive).


TRADING STATEMENT

Pursuant to paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, RMH is required to advise
shareholders as soon as it is reasonably certain that the benchmark will differ by more than 20%
from the previous corresponding period, in this instance, 31 March 2023.

Shareholders are reminded that RMH changed its year-end from March to September.
Consequently, the interim results for the six months ended 31 March 2024 will incorporate audited
results for the year ended 31 March 2023 for comparative purposes.

RMH provides the following guidance to its shareholders concerning RMH's net asset value per
share for the 31 March 2024 period:

-     Shareholders are reminded that a special dividend of 23.5 cents per share was paid by RMH
      on the 29 January 2024. If the 31 March 2023 Net asset value is adjusted for the special
      dividend the benchmark will differ by less than 20%.

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed and
reported on by RMH's external auditors.
