DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDINGS IN RMH ORDINARY SHARES

Acquisitions by Breede Coalitions (Pty) Ltd ("Breede")

In compliance with Section 122(1)(a) and Section 122(2)(b)(i) of the Companies Act, No.
71 of 2008 ("Companies Act") and Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Breede has notified RMH of its acquisition of
additional RMH ordinary shares. This acquisition has resulted in Breede holding a
beneficial interest of 11.5% in the 1,392.9 million issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Disposal by Salestalk 268 (Pty) Ltd (holding the interest of Royal Bafokeng Holdings
("RBH"))

In compliance with Section 122(1)(b) and Section 122(2)(a)(i) of the Companies Act and
Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are further
advised that RBH, through Salestalk 268 (Pty) Ltd, has notified RMH of the disposal of
RMH ordinary shares. This disposal has resulted in RBH reducing its beneficial interest to
2.62% of the 1,392.9 million issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Regulatory Submission
As required by Section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has submitted the
necessary notifications to the Takeover Regulation Panel.
