DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING IN RMH ORDINARY SHARES

Acquisitions by Rozendal Partners Proprietary Limited (Rozendal)

In compliance with Section 122(1)(a) and Section 122(2)(b)(i) of the Companies Act, No.
71 of 2008 ("Companies Act") and Section 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that Rozendal has notified RMH of its acquisition
of additional RMH ordinary shares. This acquisition has resulted in Rozendal holding a
beneficial interest of 5.24% in the 1,392.9 million issued ordinary shares of the Company.

Regulatory Submission

As required by Section 122(3)(a) of the Companies Act, the Company has submitted the
necessary notifications to the Takeover Regulation Panel.
